Quick Protein Fix in the Morning

When I don’t have time to make a full breakfast, this is my go-to.
I typically use 2 scoops mixed with 12 ounces of water—it gives me a clean, powerful start that keeps me going for 2–3 hours.

To increase absorption and energy, I’ll add:

  • 1–2g of fish oil (caps or liquid),

  • or a splash of half & half, heavy cream, or coconut oil
    This small fat dose helps support brain function, blood sugar, and sustained fuel.


On-the-Go / Travel Must-Have

I always bring this when I travel.
1–2 scoops in a shaker bottle is way better than skipping a meal or grabbing junk.
It keeps my nervous system calm, my blood sugar stable, and my mind clear—even when the schedule’s packed or food options are trash.


Pre-Workout Fuel

When I’m training fasted or want something light that won’t weigh me down, I go with 1–2 scoops about 30–60 minutes before training.

A Note on Protein Intake

Most people—especially high performers—underestimate how much protein they actually need.
I recommend aiming for 1–2 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight daily depending on your goals and activity level.

That means 2 scoops (60g) is totally safe and effective for both men and women.
